Opt-out

This page explains how you can opt out of non-essential communications and adjust cookie preferences. We process requests in a practical manner and may ask for verification to protect you from unauthorized changes.

Effective date
February 14, 2026

1) Email opt-out

If you receive emails from us that are not required for handling an active request, you can opt out by:

  • Replying to the message with “Opt-out” in the subject line, or
  • Emailing [email protected] from the address you want updated

Please note that we may still send operational messages related to an active inquiry or engagement (for example, confirming receipt of your request, or clarifying scope details).

2) Cookie preferences

Cookie preferences can be managed through your browser settings. Some preferences may also be available via our cookie tool (loaded from ./assets/js/cookie.min.js). The cookie tool may load after you scroll on the page.

  • Essential cookies are needed for baseline site operation and security.
  • Performance cookies are used to understand site performance in aggregate.

3) Do Not Track and similar controls

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Website behavior varies across the web and standards are not uniform. We take a conservative approach by avoiding third-party analytics embeds and keeping site tracking minimal.

4) Communication channels

You can request that we use a preferred contact channel (email or phone). If your request conflicts with security or verification needs, we may ask for an alternative method.

5) Identity verification

To protect you, we may request reasonable verification before changing preferences. Verification level depends on the request type.
